Because Midlife Should Be Magnetic, Not Miserable.
I’ve always believed that women deserve to feel amazing in their bodies—at every stage of life. That’s why I’m so excited to share that I’m going to become a Certified Menopause Coach this summer!
Why? Because too many women are told to “just deal with it” when it comes to hot flashes, mood swings, weight gain, insomnia, and the mental fog that often comes with peri-menopause and menopause. I’ve been there. I am there. And I know there’s a better way.
As a soon-to-be Certified Menopause Coach, I’ll be trained in:
- Women-specific coaching psychology
- Nutrition and movement for hormone health
- Rest, recovery, and sleep support
- Anatomy, physiology, and mental wellness
Even better? I’ll be learning from some of the best: OB/GYNs, PhDs, researchers, strength coaches, pelvic health specialists, and more.
And here’s where it gets really exciting:
Because of my work with Pure Romance, I’ll not only be able to coach women through these changes—but also recommend science-backed products that help them feel sexy, strong, and like themselves again.
This certification isn’t just about textbooks and training—it’s about real-life transformation. I’ll be combining my new skills with the compassion and experience I’ve already built through working with women every day.
