Refund and Returns Policy

We’re not satisfied until you are! Pure Romance stands behind its products with a 90-day guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an
issue with a product within the first 90 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original
packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened. After the first 90 days of the original purchase date, Pure Romance warranties
toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the products function. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration
caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.

To return product for credit, you must obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA) from our Support Team. You can do so by submitting a Support
