HeLi Kick Start gives your body a boost with a revitalizing essential oil blend made with extracts known to naturally support your fitness goals, including ginger, peppermint, and cinnamon. Dilute four drops of Kick Start in 4 ounces of your favorite drink for a boost or add to your favorite diffuser for soothing aromatherapy. We recommend starting with once daily, and depending on your body, increasing to two times daily.
